Shipping Policy


Most orders are shipping within 24-48 hours. In some cases shipping can take a little longer due to logistical issues.

After the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number with a tracking link. 

Actual delivery will depend on the shipping and delivery company. is not responsible for the actual delivery time.

Arrives in 3–5 business days within the EU.

Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-14 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

OTHER DETAILS ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is noon CET. Orders placed after noon CET will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.

Buyer Bears Shipping Risk, including risk of lost items.

Buyer selects the method of shipping at the checkout.  

Seller provides a valid tracking number.  

Buyer bears risks of lost items, undeliverable items.  

Seller will assist Buyer in filing a claim with the shipping company.  

If the shipping company issues a refund this refund will be sent to the Buyer.  

Seller can not guarantee the shipping company will issue any refund.  

Buyer shall keep in mind that compensation for the lost items are often limited to $100.
